She was the Head of the Real Estate department in StanbicIBTC bank before taking on the leadership of the Team. She has handled various projects in the private and public sector spanning consultancy, construction, renovation, landscaping, facility Management and general building services. Her wealth of experience has contributed immensely to the growth of the company.
Arc.OlaronkeAgunbiade is a graduate of Architecture from the University of Lagos, Akoka with an advance certificate in Project Management from Unilag Consult and an MSc in Project Management from Salford University, Manchester, UK. The day-to-day affairs of GILGAL BETHEL are under the supervision of Arc OlaronkeAgunbiade, she is our Group CEO and brand ambassador having distinguished herself in various capacities in the Real Estate sector.
Mr. Akinyelure Akinlola is a graduate of University of Reading, England, where he studied and now holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Economics. He furthered his career in Cass Business School also in the UK where he bagged a Master's Degree in Energy Trade & Finance.
He is a stakeholder in Pak Oil Trading and POA Investment, an affiliate company of SPA Dredging. The effort of Mr. Akinyelure has been one of the key propelling factors for Asoil Energy, and his position in the organization at the moment has been a success factor that has placed Asoil Energy in the frontier of the Oil & Gas industry. His enviable leadership role as the Managing Director has been as a result of his sound education coupled with great professionalism, social exposure and years of experience in the gas and oil industry.
Athina Olufolakemi AKINYELURE is an Educational Director. She graduated from the University College of London where she obtained her first degree in Chemical Engineering and also had her Master's Degree in the same course.
She thereafter worked briefly in ExxonMobil before moving to the educational sector.
She has attended several functional trainings and seminars within and outside the country. She is a member of various educational organizations of which she is a committee member for Association of Private Educators in Nigeria. These exposures have equipped her for the growing demands of the educational sector.
She is currently running her Post Graduate Diploma in Education while also working as the Supervising Director of Queensland Academy.
Professor Mopelola Omoegun is the current Dean, Faculty of Education of the prestigious University of Lagos. She is a Professor of Guidance and Counseling in Education Psychology. She is an experienced teacher, child psychologist and an accomplished author with over forty years of teaching at various levels of education in Nigeria.
She is a Fellow of the Counselling Association of Nigeria (FCASSON). She also supervises research students working for Masters and PhD degrees in areas related to her teaching and research interest. Her major interest area has always been focus on children and adolescents/teenagers.
Dr. Ibukun Bamidele OLUDERU has had 43 years of teaching and administrative experiences since 1975 as a Science teacher of Biology and Physics in the early days and, Biology for the rest of his teaching career. He had worked in both public and private schools in Nigeria, teaching at the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels of Education. He attended the famous Abeokuta Grammar School in the late 60s for his School Certificate and the prestigious Comprehensive High School Ayetoro for Higher School Certificate in the early 70s. He had his studies in Education from Adeyemi College, Ondo (NCE), University of Ife, Ile-Ife (BSc. Education-Biology), University of Ibadan, Ibadan (M.Ed.; Educational Technology) and Lagos State University (PhD; Educational Technology specializing in Educational Facilities Designs).
Between 1992 and 1994, Dr. Oluderu worked as a Biology teacherin the formative years of Atlantic Hall, Maryland, Lagos where he designed the principles of Guided Revision Strategy (GRS).The GRS is an Educational Programme Design (EPD) for preparing students of examination classes (JS3/Year 9 and SS3/Year 12) for Total Quality Results (TQR); an all 'A' result in public examinations. He also developed a mathematical process called GRESAI Analysis for re-analyzing schools' analyses of results posted by their students in public examinations in order to determine their true qualities in line with TQR principles and standards.
Dr. Ibukun Oluderu then moved on in 1994 to serve Corona Schools Trust Council as the Welfare and Training Manager responsible for all Corona Schools. It was from this position that he went on to teach Science in Corona School, Victoria Island in 1995. While at the Central Office of Corona Schools Trust Council, Dr. Oluderu worked on the establishment Pegasus Primary School for Mobilin Eket, Akwa-Ibom on behalf of Corona. During this period at Corona, he developed strategies for delivering a Just and Equitable Salary Administration in private schools comprising a scientific determination of QEG-values that range from 1-27 for respective members of the school staff as motivational tools.Dr. Ibukun Oluderu left the services of Corona Schools Trust Council in 1996.
In partnership with the pioneering Principal of Atlantic Hall, Maryland, Lagos and later, Schools Administrator, Corona Schools Trust Council; Mrs. Gaynor M. Williams, Dr. Oluderu established the Tower Agency Tutorial College serving as the Director of Studies and subsequently in the same year, the Tower Agency (Educational Consultants).Dr. Ibukun Oluderu served as the Technical Partner of the Tower Agency between 1996 and 2006 when he became the Principal Partner till date upon the retirement of Mrs. Williams. Under the management of the Tower Agency (Educational Consultants), Dr. Oluderu worked as Educational Consultant on School Improvement Programmes (SIP)in over 50 private Primary and Secondary Schools throughout Nigeria and the establishments of some high quality schools in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Sagamu.
Dr. Oluderu's research fieldsand preoccupations are; the Secondary School System; its development, facilities, and Quality Implementation of the Instructional System (QIIS), Authentic Instructions (AI), Teachers' Evaluation and Training, Staff Compensation, Teachers' Professional Development, Teacher-Coaching and Mentoring.
Dr. Ibukun Oluderu had extensively travelled the six geo-political regions of Nigeria exploiting her rich culture, terrain and landscape in the designs of Instructional Systems through Educational Pictures Designs (EPD) and School Facilities.
Dr. Oluderu is an experienced photographer, a skill he had exploited in Education. He is a teacher of teachers.
